Qualifications

• Official degree in construction-related field is preferred.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and track progress and costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the construction project on-site.
• Ensure on-site professionals comply with safety regulations.
• Schedule milestones and monitor progress to stay on track.
• Estimate costs and keep the project within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and external contractors as needed.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential issues before they impact the project.
