Job summary

Metropolitan Companies in Philadelphia is seeking a Construction Superintendent to manage schedules and field activities for multifamily apartment projects at Haverford Square by Metropolitan. You will lead the on-site team, monitor safety, quality, and progress, and coordinate with inspectors and clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial multifamily construction, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Procore or similar software.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
Ability to comply with safety procedures and policies.
Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Lead the on-site construction team and oversee all construction activities.
Host and attend office and on-site construction meetings.
Managing and updating the project timeline to ensure contractual deadlines are met.
Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness.
Ensuring quality standards are met.
Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders and RFIs.
Take meeting minutes, upload photographs and update project schedules.
Liaising with inspection authorities regarding approvals.
Maintaining client satisfaction.
