Job summary

DD Construction is seeking an Apartment Building Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and financial oversight of an apartment building. You will ensure the property remains well-maintained, fully leased, compliant with regulations, and provides a safe, clean living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include supervising vendors, marketing units, processing applications, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in real estate/management preferred.
• Experience in property management or facilities management preferred.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use PM software.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and on-site staff.
• Market available units and conduct property tours.
• Screen prospective tenants and process applications.
• Maintain accurate tenant records and respond to requests promptly.
• Monitor building safety and security; coordinate emergency responses.
