Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent for Somerset, NJ, to oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and security. The role requires coordinating repairs, managing work orders, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

The candidate will supervise maintenance staff, work with the property management team, and provide a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for tenants. An apartment unit is provided as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years as Building Superintendent or Maintenance Technician.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operation, maintenance and security of the building.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA and Fair Housing regulations.
• Manage work orders and track preventative maintenance.
• Repair and maintain tenants' apartments and common areas.
• Supervise contractors and repairs while ensuring safety and quality.
