Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our APAC-focused team. Based in Singapore with remote coverage across East Asia, Southeast Asia, and ANZ, you will drive technical discovery, design POCs, and craft scalable reference architectures leveraging Deepgram SDKs and APIs.

You’ll partner with AEs, SAs, and Product to win complex evaluations, ensuring security, data residency, and performance criteria are met across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Proficiency in at least one of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Rust.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms and container orchestration.
• Experience leading proof-of-concepts for enterprise customers and earning a technical win.
• Clear written and verbal communication across technical and executive audiences.
