Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounts payable or accounting experience, including supervisory duties.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP in a multi-entity environment.
• SOX/compliance knowledge and strong internal control mindset.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AP across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Oversee invoicing, approvals, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Manage high-volume invoices, intercompany transactions, and cash-flow coordination.
• Develop and maintain AP dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Support SOX controls, audits, and financial close processes.
