Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with JD Edwards and Oracle ERP systems.

• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a Shared Services team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately per policies.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and approvals.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor AP helpdesk queue and timely resolve requests.
• Respond to vendor and employee inquiries by phone or email.
• Process payments by checks, ACH, and wires.
• Reconcile vendor statements and balances.
• Assist month-end closing and reporting.
• Maintain organized AP records.
• Support audits with requested documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and service.
• Prepare escheats reports for unclaimed property.
• Generate and analyze invoice aging reports.
