Job summary

ICON is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to own the procure-to-pay cycle in Austin, TX. You will manage high-volume invoice processing, coding, approvals, and posting, ensuring timely payments to vendors and accuracy across multi-entity operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience with high-volume processing.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay cycles, PO matching, and 1099 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end invoice processing, coding, PO matching, approvals, and posting.
• Execute payment runs (check, ACH, wire) and resolve pre-payment issues.
• Maintain vendor master data, respond to payment inquiries, and perform reconciliations.
• Support monthly close with AP accruals, subledger reconciliation, and aging reports.
