• W-9 and TIN validation awareness; 1099 reporting knowledge.
• Bank reconciliations and handling outstanding checks.
• Month-end close processes and AP accruals.

Aufgaben

• Own the vendor master file: setup, updates, deactivation, and documentation validation.
• Validate TIN and W-9 information to ensure tax compliance.
• Perform weekly securitized bank account reconciliation and resolve variances.
• Review daily bank exceptions and coordinate pay/return decisions with Treasury.
• Run weekly pay cycle Mon-Thu and ensure on-time releases.
• Run rent pay cycle and coordinate with Real Estate for accurate payments.
• Oversee Concur activity; identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Audit invoices for coding, approvals, and policy compliance; implement corrections.
• Conduct regular duplicate payment audits and recover overpayments.
• Manage outstanding checks and escheatment processes.
• Prepare AP accruals and ensure correct period recording.
• Support month-end close and ensure AP subledger ties to GL.
• Assist with 1099 production and vendor outreach as needed.
• Provide stakeholder support to internal teams and franchisees.
• Support process controls and participate in special projects.
