Job summary

Precision Aviation Group is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage large volumes of payments and support finance operations.

You will process payment batches, verify critical details, and generate remittances for vendors and stakeholders. Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, and banking portals is required. The role includes vendor onboarding support and adherence to internal controls.

Qualifications

• Four to five years of accounts-payable or payment-processing experience.
• Accounting/finance education preferred; degree may be substituted with experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payment batches, files, and individual banking-portal payments.
• Verify payment dates, amounts, bank details, methods, approvals, and required information.
• Create and distribute payment remittances to vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Review payment files, batch reports, invoices, vendor records, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Identify and resolve missing information, incorrect amounts, invalid records, formatting issues, and other payment exceptions.
• Research rejected, returned, or delayed payments and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payment status, remittances, and account information.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and maintenance following company procedures.
