Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL seeks a Senior Manager, Accounts Payable to lead a high-volume multi-entity AP function, drive accuracy, and strengthen financial controls. You will develop the AP team, establish KPIs, oversee month-end close, optimize workflows, and partner with Treasury, Procurement, and Operations to resolve issues.

This role requires 7+ years AP experience with 5+ in leadership; a Bachelor's degree and ERP/automation exposure are preferred; relocation or commuting distance to Greater

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, including 5+ years in leadership managing high-volume AP operations.
• Experience with multi-entity AP, procure-to-pay processes, payment controls, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience managing departmental KPIs and leading AP workflow improvements or ERP implementations/automation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP operations across multiple entities, overseeing invoice processing, vendor payments, approvals, and team performance.
• Develop and manage the AP team, set departmental KPIs, address processing delays and vendor escalations.
• Oversee AP-related financial controls, subledger reconciliations, accrued liabilities, and month-end/year-end close.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, and Operations to resolve payment discrepancies and support cash management.
• Evaluate AP systems/workflows and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
