Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead and optimize the AP function within our Daytona Beach area operations. You will work directly with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient payment processing.

The role focuses on 1099/1042-S reporting, sales/use tax, unclaimed property, and driving automation across AP. You will influence controls and support month-end close in a nationally recognized organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable, accounting, or related financial operations experience.
• Strong experience with AP controls, GL reconciliations, vendor disbursements, tax reporting, and employee expense management.
• Experience leading AP initiatives and implementing process improvements or automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned AP operations, including vendor payments, documentation, tax reporting, and compliance
• Oversee AP-to-General Ledger reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close
• Monitor employee Travel & Expense and Procurement Card activity for policy compliance
• Manage 1099/1042-S reporting, sales & use tax requirements, and unclaimed property administration
• Improve AP policies, internal controls, workflows, and automation in partnership with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and business teams
