Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable operations and invoice processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP accounting software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership across AP Invoice Processing and AP Support functions.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex invoice, payment, reconciliation, and customer-service issues.
• Monitor workflow, workload, SLAs, and assist with resource allocation.
• Partner with AP Operations Manager to identify risks and process improvements.
• Provide coaching and development to team leads and associates.
• Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor metrics and prepare recurring AP leadership reports.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives and maintain SOPs.
