Job summary

Integrated Dermatology is seeking anexperienced Sr. Accounts Payable Manager to lead the invoice-to-pay process across multiple practices and entities. You will implement Coupa Pay, optimize AP workflows, and enforce strong internal controls in a high-volume healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities include driving automation, managing 2-way/3-way matching, accruals, and month-end close support, while supervising 2–3 AP specialists and collaborating across Finance, Procurement, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years accounts payable experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environment.
• Hands-on Coupa experience.
• Strong knowledge of 2-way/3-way matching and approval workflows.
• Understanding of accrual accounting and month-end close support.
• Experience managing high-volume invoice processing.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Healthcare, physician practice management, or MSO experience.
• Experience implementing AP automation or workflow redesign.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the invoice-to-pay cycle across multiple legal entities and practice locations.
• Lead configuration and implementation of Coupa and Coupa Pay.
• Administer Coupa including invoice routing, payment methods and settlement.
• Implement and enforce standardized invoice intake methods (EDI, OCR, vendor portal, email capture).
• Drive automation adoption and reduce manual invoice processing.
• Design and maintain 2-way and 3-way matching processes.
• Support Procurement in mitigating improper PO usage (invoiced without PO).
• Maintain approval matrix aligned to delegated authority levels.
• Identify duplicate payments, split invoices, and fraudulent billing risks.
• Support audit requirements and internal controls.
• Ensure proper GL coding across practices, departments, and cost centers.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate monthly accruals and cutoff.
• Support month-end close including unreceived goods, GRNI, and open invoice analysis.
• Maintain vendor W-9 compliance and support 1099 preparation.
• Safeguard AP system integrity across vendor records, invoices, etc.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve escalations.
• Collaborate with Treasury on payment runs and cash optimization.
• Improve payment terms; monitor aging and unapplied credits.
• Reconcile monthly statements for rebates, credits, and discounts.
• Supervise and develop AP Specialists; establish KPIs; train staff; create SOPs.
• Work with Procurement to increase PO adoption; support new practice integrations.
