Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems in Denver seeks a visionary Senior Manager of Accounts Payable to lead the full-cycle AP, scale procure-to-pay, and drive automation across finance. You will recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing AP team, implement best-in-class systems, ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, and collaborate with Procurement and Engineering to support rapid growth.

This position emphasizes strategic leadership, process improvement, and cash-flow forecasting to sustain Crusoe's expansion

Qualifications

• 8+ years in accounts payable with 4+ years in leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems and AP platforms.
• Knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and Coupa.
• CPA or CTP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end accounts payable process.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, invoicing, and payments (ACH, wire, card).
• Manage employee T&E reporting and expense controls.
• Build and mentor a high-performing AP team.
• Drive automation and implement best-in-class systems.
• Ensure GAAP, SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and other departments.
