Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounts payable, accounting, or finance experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing high-volume invoice processing environments.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounts payable activities and ensure accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Manage three-way match processes with purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with payment terms and vendor agreements.
• Monitor AP aging and resolve issues promptly.
• Review and approve payment runs, wire transfers, ACH, and checks.
