Job summary

Louis Vuitton U.S. Manufacturing is seeking a senior Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead high‑volume AP across multiple California and Texas facilities.

The role oversees end‑to‑end AP, ensures three‑way matching, and drives continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years AP, 3+ years in supervision, SAP proficiency and advanced Excel; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role with team development.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP highly preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AP specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes and three-way matching.
• Ensure accurate invoice entry and timely approvals in ERP systems.
• Manage AP aging, vendor inquiries, and payments processing.
• Prepare weekly/monthly AP reports and assist in month-end close.
