Job summary

Louis Vuitton U.S. Manufacturing (LVUSM) in California is seeking a highly experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead our high-volume AP operations across multiple facilities in California and Texas.

You will oversee end-to-end AP processes, drive process improvements, and ensure KPI targets are met in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP, 3+ years in a supervisory role, strong SAP experience, advanced Excel skills, and excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, with manufacturing exposure.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role with team development.
• Working knowledge of sales/use tax, 1099 reporting, and vendor compliance (COIs, W9s).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP highly preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Power BI).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AP specialists; manage workload to meet KPIs.
• Oversee end-to-end AP processes including three-way matching and timely approvals.
• Have primary contact with vendors; resolve inquiries and overdue accounts.
• Process weekly payment runs; ensure proper coding and GL accuracy.
• Administer Amex P-Card program and reconcile statements.
• Support month-end close, audits, and budgeting with FP&A.
