Louis Vuitton U.S. Manufacturing in California is seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead high-volume operations across CA and TX. You will direct a multi-site AP team, drive process improvements, and ensure accuracy in invoice coding, approvals, and vendor management.

The role requires 5+ years in AP, 3+ years supervising, SAP proficiency, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with accounting, FP&A, and operations. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes across multiple facilities.
• Lead, mentor and develop AP specialists; manage KPI performance.
• Process three-way matching, coding, and timely approvals; vendor inquiries.
• Maintain vendor master data and reconcile AP aging; support month-end close.
• Drive AP automation and process improvements; ensure compliance.
