Job summary

Louis Vuitton U.S. Manufacturing (LVUSM) seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead high-volume AP across multiple facilities in CA and TX.

You will drive end-to-end AP processes, mentor a team, and ensure accurate invoice processing in SAP while maintaining vendor compliance and timely payments. The role requires 5+ years in AP, 3+ years supervising, strong Excel and ERP skills, and English/Spanish and/or French language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 5+ years AP experience; manufacturing exposure preferred.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of sales/use tax, 1099 reporting, and vendor compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Power BI).
• Bilingual English/Spanish and/or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AP specialists; manage workload to meet KPIs.
• Conduct performance reviews and foster a high-performing team.
• Facilitate weekly AP/Purchasing meetings; present KPI reports; resolve overdue invoices.
• Oversee end-to-end AP processes; ensure three-way matching and timely approvals.
• Handle vendor inquiries; reconcile statements and plan action for overdue accounts.
• Maintain vendor master data; ensure accurate invoice entry in ERP (SAP).
• Process weekly payments; ensure review and proper approvals.
• Collaborate with Senior Accountants and FP&A for month-end reporting.
