Sourcefit is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to own the end-to-end AP function in a stand-alone capacity. The role emphasizes strong controls, process improvements, supplier relationships, and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing end-to-end AP in medium to large organisations.
• Able to operate autonomously in stand-alone role.
• Strong experience with AP automation and process improvements.
• FMCG industry knowledge and supplier dynamics.
• Hands-on with AP automation tools and OCR capabilities.
• ERP proficiency with Infor M3 or similar systems.
• GL knowledge including GRNI and non-PO invoices.
• Month-end accruals and close support.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable function.
• Process supplier invoices and payments with timely approvals and controls.
• Code non-PO invoices to GL and cost centres.
• Prepare and post accrual journals for unreceived invoices.
• Manage scheduled payment runs and reconciliations.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process employee expense claims per policy.
• Provide AP subject matter expertise to stakeholders.
• Lead AP systems optimisation and workflow automation.
• Maintain AP data integrity and documentation.
• Build strong supplier relationships and handle queries.
• Ensure tax compliance, audits, and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and operations.
• Coach stakeholders on best-practice AP processes.
