D2B is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer for a fully remote role. You will own the accounts payable function from vendor setup to payment execution, handling high-volume data entry and reconciliations using Xero, ServiceTitan, and Google Workspace.

The role requires strong English communication, meticulous data accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a remote international environment with defined payment runs and month-end tasks.

Formación

• End‑to‑end AP responsibilities incl. vendor setup, invoicing, and payment execution
• High‑volume data entry with accuracy and data integrity
• Regular reconciliations of vendor statements, bank accounts, and AP ledgers
• Experience with Xero is required
• Proven ability to manage vendor communications independently
• Remote work capability and strong English communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes incl. vendor setup, invoicing, coding, and payments
• Perform high-volume, accurate data entry in accounting systems
• Conduct reconciliations across vendor statements, bank accounts, and AP ledgers
• Oversee AP inbox and respond to vendor/internal queries promptly
• Support weekly payment runs and related approvals
• Review documentation for accuracy/compliance before payments
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve payment issues
• Support month‑end close activities including accruals
• Collaborate with operations via ServiceTitan for financial tracking
• Act as primary AP contact across the business
• Identify and implement AP process improvements
