Responsibilities

• Oversee daily invoice processing and payment runs in Oracle.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead AP clerks, assign tasks, and train teammates.
• Maintain vendor master data and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure accurate two- and three-way matching and cost validation.
• Prepare accruals and aging reports.
