Job summary

Nscale, a GPU cloud leader for AI, is hiring a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst – PTP based in Houston, TX. You will manage end-to-end AP activities, review invoices, and ensure timely payments while supporting process improvements within a dynamic, international environment.

As a senior member of the PTP team, you will guide complex AP matters, maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with procurement and finance to optimize end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay operations, ideally in international/shared-services.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong experience with ERP systems and AP automation tools (e.g., NetSuite).
• Knowledge of PO-based invoicing, three-way matching, and PTP processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable activities within the Procure-to-Pay process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process and review supplier invoices in ERP/PTP systems, checking coding and approvals.
• Perform three-way matching and resolve discrepancies between invoices, POs, and receipts.
• Prepare and support payment runs, manage supplier inquiries and vendor account issues.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
