Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience including vendor management, invoice coding, payment processing, reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups; experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Accounts Payable: onboarding vendors, processing invoices, coding, PO approvals, and payments.
• Vendor management: maintain vendor records, resolve billing discrepancies, reconcile statements, coordinate weekly payments (ACH, wire, checks).
• Month-End Close & Reconciliations: reconcile AP subledger to GL and prepare accruals/prepaid schedules.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Analysis: work with departments to allocate expenses and analyze vendor transactions; seek improvements.
• Compliance & Reporting: assist with audits and 1099 filings, uphold internal controls.
