Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts payable or related accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP finance and accounts payable modules.
• Experience supporting month-end close, financial reporting, and journal entry preparation.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume supplier invoices and expenses in ERP accounts payable.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and payment exceptions to ensure accurate records.
• Review vendor data, expense reports, and check registers for errors.
• Prepare and reconcile check registers and outstanding balances.
• Support cash flow forecasting and month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
