Helion is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to manage end-to-end AP processes for a Seattle office. The role collaborates across Finance, Supply Chain, and business units to maintain strong financial controls and timely payments.

Responsibilities include invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor maintenance, and assisting with month-end close. Onsite role in Seattle, WA; reporting to the AP Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years end-to-end accounts payable experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• ,
• Strong vendor management and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AP process; ensure accurate payments and strong controls.
• Perform two- and three-way invoice matching; resolve discrepancies.
• Execute ACH, wire, and card payments per policy and controls.
• Support month-end close and vendor statements reconciliation.
• Contribute to system testing, audits, and finance projects.
