Qualifications

• 8+ years in AP, payments, or related finance operations.
• Strong judgment on controls and duties in audited environments.
• Able to translate contracts into executable workflows and ownership.
• Coordinate across multiple finance and accounting teams on payments.
• Lead cross-functional operating improvements with measurable results.
• Experience reconciling large financial datasets using analytical tools.

Responsabilités

• Own compute invoice-to-payment operating plan; manage material exceptions and escalations.
• Translate contracts/amendments into invoice validation, approvals, and payments.
• Investigate discrepancies, disputes, and PO coverage gaps; drive root-cause fixes.
• Lead payment-readiness cadence across compute finance and accounting teams.
• Confirm readiness with owners before payment release and coordinate funding forecasts.
• Design rules, thresholds, and escalation paths with partners; ensure independence of controls.
