Job summary

Lavazza Group is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join the North America Finance team in a hybrid office role in New York. You will lead complex AP transactions, ensure accurate coding and documentation, and support month-end close and reporting.

You will reconcile vendor accounts, drive process improvements, and leverage SAP and AP automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy across multi-entity operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable or related accounting work.
• Experience with end-to-end AP processes, three-way match, and vendor reconciliations.
• Experience using SAP and AP workflow or automation tools.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and large data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and processing of complex AP transactions with accurate coding and controls.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and AP subledger; resolve discrepancies and exceptions.
• Process ACH, wire, and check payments per authorization and controls.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve vendor inquiries.
• Support month-end/year-end close activities and prepare financial reporting.
