Zusammenfassung

CAVA is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to oversee high-volume AP across corporate and restaurant locations. You will ensure timely invoice processing, accurate vendor payments, and robust reconciliations while collaborating with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Restaurant Leadership.

You will drive process improvements, uphold SOX controls, and support month-end close with accruals and analyses. This hybrid role requires three days in the office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in accounts payable or similar roles
• Strong understanding of AP processes, accruals, month-end close, and controls
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot, lookup, data analysis)
• Experience with ERP/AP automation platforms (NetSuite, Concur, Ottimate)
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication across organization
• Hybrid position requiring in-office presence 3 days a week

Aufgaben

• Process, review, and validate high-volume AP transactions per policy
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
• Support close processes with accruals, reconciliations, and analyses
• Monitor AP workflows and approvals
• Manage vendor inquiries and relationships
• Analyze aging, trends, and vendor balances to identify risks and opportunities
• Maintain vendor records and 1099 compliance
• Participate in projects for growth and process optimization
