Job summary

The Sobrato Organization is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Accountant in Mountain View, CA, to manage a high-volume AP function across multiple legal entities. The role also supports GL activities and month-end close, requiring detail orientation and strong collaboration with internal teams, especially construction and real estate groups.

Ideal candidates have extensive AP experience in multi-entity environments, proficiency with Yardi and AP automation tools, and a customer-service mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable across four divisions and manage a high-volume AP function.
• Support general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month-end close across all entities.
• Lead cross-functional projects and system implementations related to AP and internal controls.
