Job summary

Serco Inc. (Serco) is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer specializing in systems engineering to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

This role requires an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in engineering, and a minimum of 12 and 10 years of DoD engineering experience respectively. Travel up to 10% CONUS is required.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI and access to SAP
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 12 years experience in an engineering position with the DoD, other government agency, or DoD contractor
• Masters Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 10 years experience in an engineering position with the DoD, other government agency, or DoD contractor
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures in acquisition, manufacturing, fielding, sustainment, modernization and disposal of weapons systems with experience in Program Protection planning and anti-tamper methods
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips and determine methodologies for reverse engineering electronic systems
• Support FPO Education and Outreach Lead by developing curriculum modules
• Work with Government and industry partners to develop and update training materials
• Instruct FPO sponsored educational courses in a classified environment for the Anti-Tamper community
• Provide engineering support for technology and product acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight
• Review and analyze proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess acquired capabilities in achieving system design requirements and CPI protection
• Identify technologies and evaluate system/subsystem design functions for CPI protection
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing of systems and components
• Conduct engineering performance, supportability, schedule, and risk assessments and trade studies
• Provide specialized support for ICT initiatives and enterprise policy modernization; author ad-hoc technical documentation for compliance
