Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer (SME) to support DoD programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on systems security engineering and anti-tamper methods for current and future weapons systems.

Qualified candidates have a TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master’s in Engineering, and 20+ years of relevant DoD experience, including SAP/SCI work. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with SCI/SAP access and current background investigation within 5 years.
• Master's Degree in Engineering with minimum 20 years relevant DoD experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering process, Program Protection planning, and anti-tamper methods for weapons systems.
• Assess integrated circuitry, processors, and memory for reverse engineering methodologies.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight.
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry to assess susceptibilities and vulnerabilities of weapons systems.
• Identify technologies and evaluate design functions to protect CPI for program protection.
• Work with DoD Anti-Tamper Evaluation Teams to identify vulnerabilities to exploitation.
• Assist efforts to improve anti-tamper design and sustainment across programs.
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing of subsystems and components.
• Create and maintain security classification guides for the DoD AT community.
