Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on evaluating microelectronics, reverse engineering, and protecting CPI in weapon systems, requiring TS/SCI eligibility and DoD experience.

You will collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners, travel up to 10%, and contribute to planning, RFP oversight, and long-term technology protection across programs.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
• ABET-accredited engineering degree plus 12 years DoD/contractor experience.
• Or Master’s degree with 8+ years DoD/contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP/SCI experience in the last 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Assess microelectronics, circuitry, processors, and memory used in military equipment.
• Exploit circuitry and memory with lab methods and reverse engineering techniques.
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry to assess vulnerabilities of weapons systems.
• Improve weapon system manufacture, operations, and de-militarization oversight.
• Interface with DoD teams to evaluate designs and identify CPI vulnerabilities.
• Develop plans to assess security features of GOTS and COTS components for CPI risks.
• Support technology acquisitions, RFP development, and project oversight.
• Assess capabilities to meet system design requirements and specs.
