Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer specializing in microelectronics to support Wright Patterson AFB, OH, within the AFLCMC/WAG-AT program.

The role requires an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and strong SAP/SCI experience. The successful candidate will analyze microelectronics and implement reverse engineering methodologies, collaborating with DoD labs and industry partners to identify vulnerabilities and protect CPI across GOTS and COTS components.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and a current background check.
• ABET-accredited engineering degree with 12+ years DoD/contractor experience, or a Masters with 8+ years.
• Minimum of 3 years SAP and/or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Assess microelectronics, integrated circuitry, processors, and memory chips used in military equipment.
• Reverse engineer electronic systems and implement methodologies for circuitry exploitation.
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners to evaluate vulnerabilities in weapons systems.
• Improve weapon system manufacture, operations, and de-militarization processes.
• Interface with DoD Anti-Tamper Evaluation Teams to identify vulnerabilities.
• Develop plans to assess security features of GOTS and COTS components for CPI exploitation.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions, RFPs, and project oversight.
• Assess capabilities to meet system design requirements.
