Job summary

Serco is seeking an SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD Anti-Tamper efforts in the Special Programs Division at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on security engineering, anti-tamper methods, and evaluation of electronic systems and circuitry.

Requires active TOP‑SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, a 20+ year engineering background, and SAP/SCI experience within the last five years. Travel up to 10% CONUS is required.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access; recent background check within 5 years.
• Master's degree in Engineering with 20+ years of DoD/government-relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering process and anti-tamper methods for weapons systems.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips; determine reverse engineering methodologies.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions, RFP development, and technical oversight.
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners on susceptibilities and lab exploitation.
• Create and maintain security classification guides for the DoD AT community.
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing across subsystems.
