Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer in the Wright-Patterson AFB area to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program. The role emphasizes systems engineering, program protection, and education delivery in classified environments.

A Top Secret clearance with SCI access is required, along with DoD engineering experience and travel ability. The position focuses on maturing AT capabilities, risk assessment, training development, and interaction with government and industry partners to ensure CPI

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years in DoD/contractor role
• Master’s Degree with 10+ years in DoD/contractor role
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures to weapons systems development and sustainment
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory for reverse engineering methodologies
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for ATEA FPO education programs
• Develop and update training materials with Government and industry partners
• Instruct sponsored courses in a classified environment using varied aids and briefings
• Provide engineering support for technology/product acquisitions including RFP development and oversight
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess acquired capabilities against system requirements and CPI protection goals
• Identify technologies to protect CPI in program protection efforts
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in system/subsystem testing
• Conduct performance, supportability, schedule, and risk assessments
