Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer specializing in microelectronics to support AFLCMC/WAG-AT at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

The role focuses on identifying vulnerabilities in microelectronics, performing reverse engineering, and coordinating with DoD labs and partners to strengthen CPI protection. The ideal candidate will have an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, ABET- accredited engineering credentials, and substantial DoD engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility or ability to obtain
• ABET-accredited engineering degree plus 12 years in a DoD-related engineering role
• Or Master's degree with ABET-accredited bachelor's and 8 years in a DoD-related role
• Minimum 3 years SAP/SCI experience within last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Assess microelectronics, electronics, processors, and memory chips used in military equipment
• Reverse engineer circuitry using laboratory equipment and methodologies
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners on vulnerabilities and exploitation resistance
• Improve weapon system manufacture, operations, remanufacture, and de-militarization processes
• Interface with DoD Anti-Tamper evaluation teams to identify vulnerabilities
• Develop plans to assess security features of GOTS and COTS components for CPI susceptibility
• Support anti-tamper design, development, manufacturing, and training
• Provide engineering oversight for acquisitions and RFP processes
• Assess acquired capabilities against system requirements
