Job summary

Serco is seeking an SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on security engineering, anti-tamper methods, and assessment of electronic circuitry to protect Critical Program Information.

Candidates must hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with SAP access and have a engineering Masters with experience in DoD programs. Travel up to 10% is required per CONUS needs.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
• Master's Degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering process, weapon system protection planning, and anti-tamper methods.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory components for reverse engineering readiness.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight.
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners to identify vulnerabilities and plan mitigations.
• Develop and maintain security classification guides for the DoD AT community.
• Evaluate test plans and participate in system, subsystem, and component testing.
