Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to work on DoD programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

The role focuses on systems engineering, anti-tamper methods, and CPI protection, with SC/ SAP involvement and education outreach responsibilities. The candidate will develop training materials, lead educational courses in classified environments, and provide technical oversight for program protection in collaboration with Government and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years in DoD engineering
• Master’s Degree with 10+ years in DoD engineering
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes and procedures for weapon systems
• Assess circuitry and memory for reverse engineering methods
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for outreach
• Develop and update training materials with Government/industry partners
• Instruct sponsored courses in a classified environment
• Provide technical oversight for RFPs and project milestones
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet design requirements and CPI protections
• Evaluate system tests and conduct risk assessments
• Support ICT initiatives and policy modernization; author technical docs
