Qualifications

• 7+ years in legal, compliance, risk, or similar senior advisory roles.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an enterprise lead for governance and oversight of ABAC program components.
• Designs, implements, and enhances the enterprise Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Program.
• Drafts policies and guidance ensuring enterprise alignment and clear governance.
• Leads governance, monitoring, testing, and risk assessment activities across functions.
