Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Attorney to lead the Anti-Corruption Compliance & Business Integrity program. This role advises senior stakeholders, manages complex compliance matters across global operations, and oversees due diligence on third parties and joint ventures.

The attorney will contribute to policy development, governance enhancements, and strategic advisory support, shaping KBR’s global compliance framework during a pivotal growth phase.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of experience in anti-corruption compliance, investigations, or related legal practice.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and related laws.
• Experience leading complex investigations and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on anti-corruption and ethics risks.
• Independently manage high-risk compliance matters across global operations.
• Lead due diligence reviews involving third parties and business partners.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and safeguards in contracts.
• Oversee compliance management systems, governance, and reporting.
• Conduct internal investigations into alleged violations of anti-corruption laws.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, HR, Internal Audit, and International Trade Compliance.
• Provide metrics, dashboards, and risk reporting to leadership.
