Job summary

Western Union in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Manager, Anti-Corruption Office to lead the ABAC program and serve as the primary expert on corruption risk management. You will design controls, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure compliance with the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and global requirements.

You’ll partner with Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, Finance, and Operations to build a culture of integrity, advance risk assessments, and drive training, third‑party due diligence, and remediation

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ethics and compliance, legal, investigations, or risk management.
• Experience leading anti-bribery and anti-corruption programs in a multinational.
• Strong knowledge of the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and global frameworks.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABAC office - lead Western Union’s ABAC office and team; develop program strategy and priorities.
• Design, implement policies, controls; govern gifts, hospitality, travel, sponsorships, and government interactions.
• Lead risk assessments and monitoring; analyze compliance data and trends.
• Support third-party due diligence and onboarding monitoring; advise on mitigations.
• Support investigations and remediation; coordinate with Legal and HR.
• Develop and deliver anti-corruption training and awareness initiatives.
• Lead due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare reporting on risks, investigations, and program effectiveness for leadership.
