Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Business Integrity team as an Attorney, Anti-Corruption Compliance & Business Integrity. This role provides practical legal and compliance guidance, conducts risk-based due diligence, supports investigations, and helps strengthen the company’s compliance framework across global operations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4-7+ years of experience in anti-corruption compliance, corporate compliance, investigations, regulatory matters, or related legal practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal and compliance guidance on anti-corruption, ethics, and business conduct risks.
• Conduct third-party due diligence reviews for consultants, suppliers, and partners per policy.
• Perform risk-based research and screening to identify sanctions, regulatory, and integrity risks.
• Support internal investigations related to anti-corruption and ethics concerns.
• Track and manage multiple compliance reviews, investigations, and remediation activities.
• Maintain documentation within compliance platforms and governance processes.
