RTX seeks a Principal Engineer for the Effector RF Design Team in Tucson, AZ. You will lead the design and implementation of antenna, radome, and/or RCS ranges and chambers, and provide technical oversight across projects.

You will collaborate with engineering disciplines to define, analyze, simulate, and validate test ranges, while shaping technology roadmaps and modernization efforts. Onsite role with relocation support.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience testing antennas/radomes in chambers or ranges; operator of chambers/ranges.
• Ability to obtain interim DoD security clearance prior to start.

Mansioni

• Develop antenna, radome, and/or RCS ranges and chambers.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to define, analyze, simulate, implement, and evaluate requirements.
• Oversee implementation of new ranges/chambers and work with suppliers.
• Guide and mentor other employees across the business.
