RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the design and implementation of antenna, radome, and RCS ranges or chambers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems engineering to define and analyze requirements for ranges and chambers, including test equipment.

The role requires leading teams, technical oversight, and mentoring while aligning with program roadmaps and modernization efforts.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s in STEM with at least 8 years in antennas/range testing.
• Experience testing antennas or radomes in a chamber or range.
• Experience operating antenna/radome/RCS chamber or range.
• Ability to obtain interim DoD security clearance.
