RTX in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the design and implementation of antenna, radome, and/or RCS ranges and chambers. You will coordinate with thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems teams to define and validate requirements for ranges and test equipment.

You will mentor other engineers, influence technology roadmaps, and support modernization while engaging with government programs to ensure compliance and secure performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s in STEM required.
• Experience testing antennas or radomes in a chamber or range.
• Ability to obtain interim clearance prior to start.
• Master’s or PhD preferred for advanced roles.
