Job summary

Raytheon in TEWKSBURY, MA seeks a Senior Antenna and Microwave Engineer to apply RF/microwave theory and AESA design across architectures, subsystems, and components. You will leverage your experience with CCAs and electromagnetic analysis to advance radar capabilities.

Responsibilities include design and hands-on testing of microwave components, cards and systems, plus providing technical support to production activities. Some travel to sites and customer facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM
• Five years of relevant experience in microwave/RF design and testing
• Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools (HFSS, ADS, CST, Xpedition, MATLAB)

Responsibilities

• Design RF microwave components and phased array applications
• Integration and test of component and system level phased array hardware
• Some travel to integration sites and customer facilities may be required
