Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with annuity products; pricing, product development, or inforce management preferred.
• ASA or FSA credential preferred.
• Knowledge of annuity market landscape, trends in product development and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex annuity-focused analyses (product development, rate setting, hedging, valuation).
• Own ongoing client communication and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Ensure technical accuracy and integrity of work and junior staff output.
• Produce executive-level management reports and present findings to senior leaders and clients.
• Build industry network and highlight Oliver Wyman’s value.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative, performance-driven environment with knowledge sharing.
• Support the professional growth of junior staff by expanding annuity expertise.
