Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant annuity experience (pricing, product development, inforce management).
• ASA or FSA credential preferred.
• Knowledge of annuity market landscape, trends, regulatory changes.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with proven leadership across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex annuity-focused analyses on product development, rate setting, assumptions, hedging and valuation.
• Maintain ongoing client communications ensuring high satisfaction.
• Ensure technical accuracy and integrity in work and junior staff outputs.
• Produce executive level management reports and present findings to senior leaders and clients.
• Build a strong industry network and highlight Oliver Wyman’s unique value.
